24 Hour Case Consultation - Unlimited consultations for 24 hours on a single case - $165

How do I chose between the One Time Consult and the 24 Hour Consult?
If you suspect that you may need to call back multiple times (such as when managing dynamic disease processes - sepsis, pressor-dependent hypotension, respiratory distress, electrolyte disturbances, DKA), choose the 24 Hour Consultation. If you are unsure, you can always chose the One Time Consultation and switch later.
Can I turn a One Time Consultation into a 24 Hour Consultation after the fact?
Absolutely! If you find that you need advice on an ongoing case, then we will simply switch to a 24 Hour Consultation. There are no extra fees associated with switching consultation types.
Do I need a credit card number or an account?
You do NOT need a credit card number or to have an account with us to request a consultation. All consultations are billed directly to your hospital at the end of every month.
Do I bill the client for this service?
That is up to you and your hospital policies. Some hospitals pass the consultation fee along to the client, others do not. You choose which works best for you.
What information do you need for billing?
At the end of the consultation, our consultant will collect the hospital's information, including the mailing address, phone number, and requesting doctor's name. We will also request the client name and pet's name.
