I picked a 24 hour turnaround, and got an e-mail back in less than 6 hours! Do I have to pay for the 12 hour turnaround?

Nope! We charge you for the level you picked. If your consult takes less time, we don't charge you extra!

Do you need an account or a credit card on file?

No, you do not need an account or a credit card number to request a consultation. We will collect your hospital name, patient name, and contact information at the time of the consult. All consultations will be billed to your hospital at the end of the month. It's that easy.
